Bailey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  She has experience working with adolescents, couples, young adults, and adults in early middle age. Her clinical internship was through the Allen County Juvenile Center, Matthew 25, and The Redemption House. In addition to individual and couples counseling, she also has experience leading trauma/substance use groups for adolescents and women in recovery. Bailey’s integrated approach to counseling is rooted in Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for individuals and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Bailey focuses on empowering and validating through this integrated approach. She has experience in helping clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use, and trauma. Bailey has a special interest in working with those who experience secondary trauma, particularly through their profession.
