Hillary is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with advanced certification in complex trauma treatment (CCTP-II). She earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Huntington University and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Hillary brings a grounded and empathetic presence to her work, supporting clients through a curious, non-shaming therapeutic approach. She integrates mind-body awareness with a parts-based lens—helping clients explore the internal patterns and protective strategies that may be getting in the way of connection, healing, and growth.

In her work, Hillary guides clients toward noticing, understanding, and relating to their emotions, rather than avoiding or judging them. She believes learning to stay present with your emotional experience, rather than pushing it down, opens the door to deeper healing, clarity, and self-trust.

Hillary is passionate about helping individuals develop deeper self-understanding as a foundation for lasting change. Her approach is particularly supportive for those navigating developmental trauma, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, family of origin wounds, and relationship challenges.
