Jenny obtained her Master's of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. She is independently licensed to provide counseling services in both the State of Indiana (LMHC) and the State of Ohio (LPCC). Jenny has experience working in a variety of settings including adult psychiatric inpatient, outpatient mental health clinics and youth partial hospitalization programming. Jenny's primary focus is working individually with adults to build confidence through empowerment and helping them navigate through life's twists and turns. Jenny uses Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused therapy and other evidence based practices to address issues related to relationships, mood, anxiety, self-worth/self-acceptance. She is an LGBTQ+ ally and feels strongly about helping clients find their voice to create their own narrative.
