Jessica is a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA). She obtained her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education from Indiana University Bloomington and her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Purdue University West Lafayette. Jessica brings experience in individual counseling and group psychoeducation. Her clinical focus centers on helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and self-worth. Additionally, Jessica consults with Purdue Fort Wayne Athletics, supporting student-athletes as they explore identity development and integrate their roles both on and off the field. She helps clients understand what’s going on beneath the surface - what drives their actions, fears, and sense of self - so they can grow more confident and resilient.
