Jessica is a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA). She obtained her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education from Indiana University Bloomington and her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Purdue University West Lafayette. Her experiences include individual counseling and group psychoeducation at the collegiate level. Jessica’s primary focus is working with adolescents, young adults, and adults to gain a better understanding of their perceptions, decision-making, and choices as they relate to anxiety, depression, adjustment to life events, relationships, and self-worth. She is passionate about offering clients a comfortable and respectful space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences together through an eclectic therapy approach.
