Julie is a graduate of the University of St. Francis with a Masters in Psychology. She has a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience in providing services for traumatized children and adolescents. Julie has completed a six month practicum at the Center of Nonviolence as well as a six month internship providing counseling and administering psychological testing to adolescents at Allen County Juvenile Center. She is experienced in conducting forensic interviews for victims of sexual abuse, neglect, and witness to violent crime for 14 years. Julie has participated in many advanced workshops and conferences related to childhood abuse. Her areas of specialty are Physical and sexual abuse, neglect, trauma, anxiety and relationship problems, working with children/adolescents in the court system and anyone who has experienced trauma.
