Lauren Carpenter, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) earned her Master’s Degree in Counselor Education at Purdue Fort Wayne, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Sociology. She provides counseling for infants, children, adolescents, young adults and parents.

Lauren's work is rooted in attachment therapy and humanistic techniques that integrate the mind, body and spirit. She commonly works with clients navigating anxiety, self-esteem, attachment/bonding challenges, relationship concerns, postpartum/family planning and ADHD or other neurodiverse traits. She partners closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and tools to stregthen relationships, foster resililence, and promote healthy development at home and in daily life.

She is currently pursuing an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement and Play Therapy Certification to deepen her specialization in child and family work.
