Paola Montesino, LMHCA

Paola Montesino is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Purdue University Fort Wayne. She has experience providing individual, group and family counseling to adolescents and adults.

Paola specializes in disordered eating, body-image distress, depression, anxiety and perfectionism. She draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Relational Cultural Therapy, using a weight-inclusive and affirming approach.

Paola practices at the Dawson’s Creek office and is currently accepting new clients.
