Rashida Muhammad is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) providing medication management, psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses. Rashida earned her BSN and MSN at Valparaiso University and her FNP certification at Indian Wesleyan University. She has experience working with young athletes, adults, and psychiatric/addiction patients on an inpatient, outpatient, and emergent basis. She provided psychiatric consultation in psychiatric inpatient and outpatient units. She has taught at the University of St Francis, and PFW. Rashida believes in a strong relationship with patients, educating them and encouraging them to make the best decisions to promote emotional wellness while offering medication to help with treatment. Rashida will educate you about the risks of benefits of recommended treatment to assist you in making the final decision. She is board-certified by the AANP. Her collaborator is Dr. Elijah Wilder.
