Rashida Muhammad is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) providing medication management, psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses. Rashida earned her BSN and MSN at Valparaiso University and her FNP certification at Indiana Wesleyan University. She works with athletes at all levels - youth, collegiate, and professional - and provides medication management to youth and adults. She has taught at the University of St Francis and PFW. Rashida believes in a strong relationship with patients, educating them and encouraging them to make the best decisions to promote emotional wellness while offering medication to help with treatment. Rashida will educate you about the risks and benefits of recommended treatment to assist you in making the final decision. She is board-certified by the AANP. Her collaborator is Dr. Elijah Wilder.
