Rashida Muhammad is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and medication management for adolescents and adults. She earned her BSN and MSN from Valparaiso University and completed FNP certification at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Rashida has experience supporting youth, collegiate and professional athletes and has taught at the University of Saint Francis and Purdue University Fort Wayne. She helps patients understand the risks, benefits and alternatives of treatment so they can participate actively in clinical decisions.

Rashida practices at the Dawson’s Creek office and is currently accepting new clients.
